Experienced, savvy, creative, Personal/Virtual Assistant needed to work directly with the Owner of a growing sales & marketing consultancy.
I want a “taskmaster” – someone who will make sure that things get done, and is totally comfortable holding my feet to the fire with deadlines and important commitments. You will be a hands-on task manager, developing timelines, managing budgets, coordinating travel and calendar, client activity reports, meeting scheduling, copy editing/review, updating web site content, maintaining email marketing campaigns, speaking engagement coordination and working with business partners. You won’t have set hours, but will need to have your own internet/email connection to ensure that emails and phone messages don’t go unanswered for more than a day.
Amazing client work, flexibility, plenty to do! Superior verbal and written skills a must...you must have a terrific personality, be ethical and high-minded, know how to work with others with ease, and be able to get results on your own. My consultancy works with US-based high tech software and services companies, so you need to have a good mind and love ideas, strategy, and be a left AND right-brainer. Strong writing and editing skills and experience communicating with clients and senior business executives.

• Location: Stratford, CT
• Compensation: $20-25 per hour for 10-15 hours monthly to start
• Work virtually from home; flexible schedule. Once a month face-to-face planning meeting for 1 hour (if possible).
• Microsoft Office proficiency a must, especially Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Website content updating (WordPress) and email marketing proficiency preferred.
• This is a part-time job for independent contractor
